It is the policy of ADDITIVE to:
- implement and maintain an effective management system
- continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system
- establish and monitor measurable objectives
- comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and operate in accordance with best practices
- ensure that employees have the competence to perform their assigned tasks
Our staff must:
- understand the importance of their tasks in meeting company goals and customer requirements
- be aware of the product specification as a result of their tasks
- achieve the required product specification
- contribute to the development and improvement of work processes and the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 management system
- comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and contact our data protection officer's assistant if any questions arise (ADDITIVE privacy policy)
- observe the provisions of the confidentiality agreements when handling customer data (data provided to us for evaluation/analysis). There is an absolute duty of confidentiality regarding all customer data.
These quality policies and the associated quality objectives are established and reviewed during management review meetings and communicated and understood at all levels of our organization – to ensure their ongoing suitability and effectiveness in achieving the objectives of this quality policy.
